I didn't write anything for ages. Sorry, sorry, sorry!!! I had a lot of things to do- in school, at home and some other things. O.K. I'm now here with a new "news". Yesterday I saw "Sivaji" here in a Swiss cinema theatre called "Arena Film City". The theatre is not very big compared with Sarita or Savita in Ernakulam or Isaacs in Muvathupuzha, but it was a cozy theatre. The film was arranged by Tamil people living in Switzerland. The ticket costs 20 Fr. (500 Rp.) for each one. But it was worth.
The film was super duper. Shankar did a good work. And Rajanikanth, I can only stare at Rajanikanth and think how this man manage to be so young and energetic with 60 year age. It's just wonderful and amazing. Shankar's film script was like usually about the corruption and all bad political things that happen in India (It's a pity). Shankar wrote the story in a wonderful way with humour, sentimental scenes and beautiful song scenes. The songs are all very good. Every song is "onninonnu mecham". A.R. Rahman did a good job except his song. He had to put some other singer in this song. But the song background and all is good. Shreya did also a good job. She can dance very well. And she did her best, I think. It's a golden chance to play the actress role in the Rajanikanth film, isn't it? Vivek had really an important role. He is the right hand of Rajanikanth in the film. Kochin Haneefa had also an important role. I'm not telling the story because may be some of you didn't see the film. Everyone should see it. lt's not because of "Adipoly" songs and so but you can understand the real face of India when you see the film. In the film it says: In Tamilnadu itself there is 2 00 000 crores black money. Imagine how much black money would be there in whole India. It's such a huge amount. This film shows us the difference between rich and poor. Today also, rich people are very rich and poor people very poor. That must change.
The film was a whole entertainer and realistic. There were some tricks and styles of Style "Mannan" but they were in song sequences so that it doesn't seem very unlogic.
Secret behind Rajini's colour
If you have watched Sivaji..You have observed the fair complexion of Rajinikanth in the song Oru koodai Sunlight.Everyone thought it was make-up that made Superstar Rajinikanth look like a European in that song, but the secret is about a year of computer graphics.
"We used cutting edge grafting technology and it was Shankar's brain child," revealed the film's cinematographer KV Anand. "For the first time grafting technology has been used for an Indian film which was made possible by a Chennai based company Indian Arts who had worked in Shankar's earlier films," he said. One of the dancers, Jacky, was chosen by Shankar and Rajini's skin tone was matched with her's. The six and a half minute song was shot in Spain.
"Each shot of Rajni's in the song was once again shot with Jacky and was sent to Indian Arts. Since the lighting varies in indoor and outdoor, to match the skin tone, expressions, lip and body movements of the two was a challenging task," explained Anand. A total of 6700 frames were been for post production. Rajinikanth himself was amazed after watching the song.
